10 Year Structural Warranty

As a property owner you will be required to provide a warranty certificate within the first 10 years of the property being signed off whether it be a newbuild or a conversion, for example if you construct a newbuild home which takes you 5 years to build you will need to have a warranty certificate in order to sell the property or loan against it from any lender. The reason the warranty certificate is required is because the lender requires insurance security for structural defects we offer various types of warranty on all types of construction projects, to obtain a quotation for a structural warranty please fill out the form below.

This can come in the form of a 10 Year Structural Warranty; our certificates are valid and transferable for a period of 10 years and as there is no premium element.
