10 Year Structural Warranty
As a property owner you will be required to provide a warranty certificate within the first 10 years of the property being signed off whether it be a newbuild or a conversion, for example if you construct a newbuild home which takes you 5 years to build you will need to have a warranty certificate in order to sell the property or loan against it from any lender. This can come in the form of a 10 Year Structural Warranty; our certificates are valid and transferable for a period of 10 years and as there is no premium element.
