What an Approved inspector does

As an Approved Inspector we work for developers, architects, contractors and homeowners to audit and inspect their projects to ensure they comply with Building Regulations.

Approved Inspectors undertake a thorough check of drawings and specifications and then make regular inspections of the work in progress to check compliance.

If the work complies we issue a final completion certificate providing confidence that the building has been designed and constructed safely.
